This review should be a 5 star rating. For a subject matter that can be painfully dry, Mr. Popham does a fabulous job trying to make his material accessible, comprehensible and even amusing. I would be giving him 5 stars except for ONE major issue.The Publisher/Author (one in the same in this case) has not made Speech-To-Text accessible for this textbook. Mr. Popham even specifically states how he chose to go with the ebook format for its easy access traits and for a man who did such a masterful chapter on Fairness and Accessibility, the fact I can't use a screen reader to read his book is... frustrating. Hearing the text while I read along dramatically improves my comprehension and retention of the material, and having the computer do the reading for me keeps from going hoarse at the rate I have to read this book for my graduate level course. I did find a work around using my OS to read highlighted selections to me, however for some reason (and I even changed keyboard shortcuts to try to prevent this) - it keeps telling me "You have reached the publisher's copy limit set for this title", when I haven't copied anything, and am only LISTENING to the text.PLEASE Mr. Popham, fix this oversight. I really admire the educator you present yourself to be in this text and cannot believe you would intentionally limit accessibility for those with disabilities.
